Laptop hardware that requires case or display disassembly is always flat-rate for labor and is available on a pick-up/drop-off service only. This is one of the most cost-effective options for out of warranty laptop problems. |

| We schedule on-site or pick-up service by appointment. Emergency appointments have a same-day response time and are considerably more expensive than pre-scheduled appointments. Appointment scheduling is open from Monday - Friday from 8:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. and Saturday from 8:30a.m. - 12:00p.m. If you have an after-hours emergency, please feel free to leave a message anytime. Emergency rates will apply for all after-hours appointments. |
